I’m Justin—a London-based advertising and client partnerships professional with a global outlook, an entrepreneurial streak and a belief that the best work begins with understanding people.

My career has taken me from Coca-Cola and CBS to Google, Uber and TikTok. Different businesses, different stages of growth—but a consistent question: how do we turn an ambitious idea into something people can get behind?
I’ve worked at the intersection of global brands, agencies and advertising platforms, helping connect commercial priorities with practical plans. I enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity, making complicated decisions clearer and bringing people across markets together around a shared ambition.
That has meant growing established global partnerships, helping bring a new advertising business to market and supporting advertisers as they explore new platforms, formats and ways to measure impact. The common thread is curiosity, followed by the discipline to make something happen.

I co-led the establishment of Google/YouTube’s UK partnership with the Global Equality Caucus, helping deliver a six-part LGBTQ+ YouTube series with colleagues and partners.
Bringing together nearly 100 elected legislators from 25 countries, it remains my proudest diversity and inclusion accomplishment. The programme connected lawmakers with civil society and LGBTQ+ communities to discuss the challenges that mattered to them.
It sits alongside my inclusion programming through the Black Googler Network, Gayglers and Google’s Diversity, Fairness and Inclusion Council. The question running through that work is simple: whose perspective is missing, and how can we make space for it?

I’m a University of Georgia graduate, an enthusiastic student of aviation and the proud human belonging to Bronx, my Labradoodle. Outside work, I value the experiences and relationships that keep life interesting—and keep my perspective wider than the next meeting.
Mentoring is another constant. I know how much a thoughtful introduction or an honest conversation can mean at the right moment. Sharing what I’ve learned is one way I hope to make that opportunity available to someone else.
